SERENA RESIDENCES DORADO DERBY 2011 REVIEW

July 9th 2011 was the big day, a total of 36 teams registered for the second edition of the highly anticipated tournament with only one thing on his mind, winning the grand prize of 10,000 USD in cash! and 5 of those teams registered for the Dorado Jackpot

The Anglers willing to win the grand prize filled their boats very early in the morning, the picture was perfect, because what more could you ask for? A day of fishing that would end in the 4-diamond resort Serena Residences, snacks from home, free beer from our sponsor CORONA, also the exhibition of equipment for fishing and clothes by IIPSA MARINE STORE an atmosphere of fun and entirely familiar!

Friends and families spent a fun day at Serena, the children in the infinity pool, lunch and snacks were delicious with octopus and shrimps as main ingredients, simply the best.

About 20 Dorados were presented, and although none exceeded the minimum weight for the tournament, a raffle was held among the teams where they would share $10,000 in 5, 3 and 2 thousand dollars in cash.

This year was exceeded by 30% over the previous tournament attendance.
